I have recently moved to Las Cruces. Born & raised in South Texas this has been an experience for me, but nonetheless look forward to what Las Cruces has to offer. I worked with Coldwell Banker in McAllen, TX for 3 yrs. My duties included writing up offers for the Broker, taking pictures & virtual tours of new listings, reporting closed files to Coldwell Banker, entering listings in the Multi Listing System and much more. The real estate experience has helped me prepare for the position I now currently have with Coldwell Banker De Wetter Hovious as the Transaction Coordinator. I will be working closely with the realtors, title companies, & lenders to ensure that the buyers/sellers have a smooth and pleasant closing.
